The Basin CFA - New Facilities

CAMPAIGN SUCCESS – Thank you for supporting my campaign for a new facility. We received over 800 signatures and have been successful in securing funding for a new station!

Petition:
To the Minister for Emergency Services, The Hon. Lisa Neville MP. The undersigned hereby petition the Minister to work with CFA on securing new facilities for The Basin CFA Brigade. Built in the 1970’s the current facility has a long, proud history but is now showing signs of its age. The volunteer Brigade are a proud part of The Basin and Knox community’s with over 80 active members and growing with a flourishing junior program. As they continue to grow, so too does the need for a new station to cater for that growth and to recognise their importance to our community and ensure they have the best facilities possible to get on with their job.
